Who We Are

Anesthesia Pro is operated by HexWarden Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use anesthesia-pro.com (the "Site").

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your email address and display name from Google. We store these in our database to manage your account.
• Newsletter: When you subscribe, we store your email address to send you our weekly intelligence brief.
• Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message content.
• Premium subscription: When you upgrade to a paid tier, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Tool inputs: Calculators (salary, tax, loan) run entirely in your browser. We do not transmit or store any numbers you enter into our calculators.
• Pro+ tools: CPC Tracker and Credential Vault data is stored in our database and associated with your account so you can access it across devices.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand site usage (page views, referrers, geography). This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and premium features
• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to
• To respond to your contact form submissions
• To process premium subscription payments via Stripe
• To improve the Site based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication. Your account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (AWS us-east-1).
• Stripe: Payment processing for premium subscriptions. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: Email delivery for newsletters and transactional emails.
• Vercel: Hosting and analytics. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Google: OAuth sign-in. We only receive the information you authorize (email and display name).

Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Contact form messages are retained for 1 year.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@anesthesia-pro.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
