By accessing or using anesthesia-pro.com (the "Site"), operated by HexWarden Labs LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The content on Anesthesia Pro is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. No provider-patient or advisor-client relationship is established by using this Site.

  • Medical decisions: Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider.
  • Financial decisions: Consult a CPA, financial advisor, or tax professional. Our calculators are estimation tools, not substitutes for professional guidance.
  • Legal decisions: Contract review, business formation, and licensing questions should be reviewed by an attorney licensed in your state.
  • Career decisions: Our data and guides are informational. Employment decisions should consider your complete personal and professional situation.

User Accounts

You may create an account using a magic link sent to your email or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email inbox and Google account. You must not share your account or use someone else's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscription (Pro+, $29/mo) is billed monthly via Stripe. No annual plans.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Premium features are provided "as available." We continuously improve and may add, modify, or remove features.

Data Accuracy

We strive to keep all data current and accurate, including state practice authority information, salary data, and legislative tracking. However, laws change, data sources update, and errors can occur. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. Always verify critical information with official sources (state boards of nursing, NBCRNA, AANA, IRS, etc.).

Job Intelligence — Editorial Terms

Job Intelligence is an editorial product. Each weekly issue presents a curated selection of CRNA and Anesthesiologist Assistant listings with original analysis written by Lisa Taylor, CRNA. Listings link out to the original posting on the source site; we do not host applications or process candidate submissions.

We do not accept payment from employers, recruiters, staffing firms, or any other party in exchange for inclusion, placement, ranking, or favorable analysis. Editorial selection is independent and not for sale.

Listing metadata (title, employer, location, compensation where disclosed) is presented as factual reference. Analysis is original commentary. Outbound links carry readers to the employer or source board for further detail and applications.

AI Contract Analyzer Terms

The AI Contract Analyzer is a Pro+ tool that summarizes and categorizes employment contract clauses using a large language model.

  • Not legal advice. The tool is informational only. Output is not a substitute for review by a licensed healthcare attorney in your jurisdiction.
  • Processing: contract text you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider for analysis. We do not retain contract text on our servers after processing.
  • Confidentiality:you are responsible for confirming your contract's NDA provisions permit third-party AI analysis before submission.
  • Accuracy: the output may miss clauses, misinterpret terms, or contain errors. Do not rely on it to make signing decisions.
  • Liability for decisions made based on Contract Analyzer output is limited as set forth in the Limitation of Liability section below, subject to the greater of the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — articles, guides, tools, design, and code — is the property of HexWarden Labs LLC. You may share links freely. You may not republish, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission. Brief quotations with attribution and a link back to the original are permitted.

Affiliate & Sponsored Content

Some content may include affiliate links or sponsored placements. All affiliate relationships and sponsored content are clearly disclosed. Our editorial content is independent of advertising relationships — we do not alter recommendations based on affiliate compensation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexWarden Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to decisions made based on our content, tools, or calculators. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
